11Eleven Logistics Inc. ("11Eleven", "we", "us") collects personal information you submit through this website — including name, work email, company, role and lane interest — solely to respond to rate-card and contact requests and to provide contracted logistics services.

What we collect

Information you provide in forms, correspondence, and — for active clients — operational data required to run trips (contacts, addresses, shipment details, PODs).

How we use it

To fulfil your request, quote and contract services, deliver POD and billing artefacts, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Commercial records are retained for the period required by Philippine law and our contracts. Marketing enquiries are retained for follow-up and then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
